Cranberry Oatmeal Bars
Chewy and hearty bars made with fresh cranberries, oats, and a hint of cinnamon. These bars make for a deliciously filling snack or breakfast on the go.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup fresh cranberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar.
- Stir in melted butter, honey, egg, and vanilla.
- Fold in cranberries.
- Press mixture into baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
